This is why you shouldn't go back

So I scanned in all the photos I got from Idaho, and they are just sitting here BEGGING me to post them. I should mention a few things about myself in High School. The first being that Mom gave me a perm each fall right before school started. Also, it isn't like I was forced. Lastly, ugh, I hate my teeth in these pictures. Thank GOD they don't look like that anymore, and hooray for braces! I think I might look like one of the people from the The Big Book of British Smiles in the Simpsons.

For your amusement, I present my horrible teen-hood on film:

Apparently I discovered peroxide the summer before my Freshman year. LOVE the earrings, darling, did you kill a moose for those?
This is probably my favorite, especially the eyeshadow that matches the shirt. I am not completely certain, but this might actually be my 7th grade photo and not my Sophomore year photo. I could look in a yearbook or something, but I swear I burned those all years ago.
Oh god that NOSE, could it be any more red? Also, could it be any cuter? I think I must have used the hairspray of a small country to get my hair up like that. Crinkly perm helps, too, I suppose. This could actually be the last time my hair was its natural color.
All. Those. Freckles. My God! N.E.D calls this my Go Gos picture. Vacation all I ever wanted, vacation have to get away.

Vacation makes me feel special love (at least, I think that is how it goes).
